Program Title: Empowered Mentorship: Guiding Growth, Building Bonds, Shaping Leaders

The CELS PDI Certified Peer Mentorship Program is a professional development and leadership program designed to equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to serve as effective peer mentors within their organizations.

This program fosters a culture of empowerment, belonging, collaboration, and leadership development by preparing participants to guide, support, and encourage the growth of their colleagues. Through structured mentorship training, participants learn how to build meaningful mentoring relationships, strengthen workplace connections, support employee development, and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

The CELS PDI Certified Peer Mentorship Program is structured as an eight-module mentorship and leadership development program designed to prepare participants to serve as effective peer mentors and workplace role models.

The program may be delivered over an 8–10 week period, allowing participants to apply mentorship concepts, practice newly acquired skills, and reflect on their development throughout the learning experience.
