Program Title: Empowered Mentorship: Guiding Growth, Building Bonds, Shaping Leaders

The CELS PDI Certified Peer Mentorship Program is a professional development and leadership program designed to equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to serve as effective peer mentors within their organizations.

This program fosters a culture of empowerment, belonging, collaboration, and leadership development by preparing participants to guide, support, and encourage the growth of their colleagues. The program may be delivered over an 8–10 week period, allowing participants to apply mentorship concepts, practice newly acquired skills, and reflect on their development throughout the learning experience.
