CELS PDI Certified Orientation Program is a mandatory employee roles, responsibilities and compliance training that organizations can use for all new hires as part of their employment process.
Program Format
- Duration: 1 full day (or 2 half-day sessions)
- Delivery 1: Facilitator-led (onsite or virtual)
- Delivery 2: Hybrid (self-paced online modules + live workshops + reflections)
- Methodology: Slides, videos, case studies, discussions, Q&A, and assessments
- Assessment: Scenario-based exercises, quizzes, signed acknowledgment form
- Certification: Certificate of Completion (mandatory documentation for HR)
