Program Title: Mandatory Employee Roles, Responsibilities & Compliance Training

CELS PDI Certified Orientation Program is a mandatory employee roles, responsibilities and compliance training that organizations can use for all new hires as part of their employment process.


Program Format

  • Duration: 1 full day (or 2 half-day sessions)
  • Delivery 1: Facilitator-led (onsite or virtual)
  • Delivery 2: Hybrid (self-paced online modules + live workshops + reflections)
  • Methodology: Slides, videos, case studies, discussions, Q&A, and assessments
  • Assessment: Scenario-based exercises, quizzes, signed acknowledgment form
  • Certification: Certificate of Completion (mandatory documentation for HR)
