
The CELS PDI Certified Leadership Program II: Advanced Leadership Practices is an advanced leadership development program designed for leaders who are ready to expand their influence, strengthen strategic thinking, develop high-performing teams, and lead effectively in complex and evolving workplace environments.
Building upon the foundational concepts introduced in Leadership Program I, this program equips participants with advanced leadership competencies focused on strategic foresight, conflict resolution, coaching, mentorship, adaptive leadership, cultural intelligence, and organizational impact.
Through interactive learning experiences, leadership case studies, practical application activities, reflection exercises, mentorship frameworks, and real-world leadership challenges, participants learn how to move beyond managing daily operations and begin leading with greater vision, influence, and effectiveness.
The program supports leadership growth by helping participants strengthen their ability to guide teams, navigate change, resolve challenges, foster inclusion, and contribute to long-term organizational success.
By completing this program, participants will gain the skills, confidence, and leadership perspective needed to navigate increasingly complex workplace challenges. They will learn how to think strategically, anticipate change, manage conflict constructively, mentor and develop others, and lead teams through periods of uncertainty and growth.

The CELS PDI Certified Leadership Program II is structured as a six-module advanced leadership development program designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational influence, and strategic decision-making.
The program may be delivered over an 8–10 week period or through an accelerated 5–7 week format, depending on organizational needs, workforce schedules, and implementation goals.
