Module 3: Empowering Teams through Peer Mentorship
- Purpose: Strengthen leadership through team mentorship.
- Topics: Peer mentorship model (linked to CELS Peer Mentorship Program).
- Activity: Create a peer mentorship action plan for your workplace.
Module 4: Adaptive Leadership in Times of Change
- Purpose: Equip leaders to thrive amid uncertainty.
- Topics: Flexibility, resilience, change leadership strategies.
- Activity: Reflection journal: “My adaptability strengths and gaps.”
Module 5: Cultural Intelligence & Global Leadership
- Purpose: Promote inclusive, globally competent leadership.
- Topics: Global awareness, cross-cultural team dynamics, DEI integration.
- Activity: Analyze a case study of cross-cultural leadership.
Module 6: Reflection & Leadership Case Study Project
