Program Title: Transformational & Inclusive Leadership

The CELS PDI Certified Leadership Program III: Transformational & Inclusive Leadership is an advanced executive-level leadership development program designed to prepare leaders to create meaningful organizational impact through inclusive leadership, strategic influence, resilience, sustainable growth, and transformational change.

As the culminating program within the CELS Leadership Development Pathway, this program challenges leaders to move beyond managing people and processes toward creating cultures where individuals feel valued, represented, empowered, and inspired to contribute at their highest potential.

Participants explore how transformational leaders create lasting influence through vision, purpose, resilience, inclusion, employee development, and organizational stewardship. Through advanced leadership application, reflective practice, case studies, strategic planning, and portfolio development, participants learn how to lead sustainable change while building a legacy of growth, empowerment, and excellence.

The CELS PDI Certified Leadership Program III is structured as a six-module advanced transformational leadership program designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational influence, and long-term impact.

The program may be delivered over an 8–10 week period or through an accelerated 5–7 week format, depending on organizational needs, workforce schedules, and implementation goals.

This flexible format allows leaders to engage deeply with advanced leadership concepts while applying learning directly to real-world organizational challenges and opportunities.

This certification recognizes the participant's successful completion of advanced transformational leadership training and their demonstrated ability to lead with inclusion, resilience, strategic influence, and organizational impact.

As part of the certification process, participants will complete and submit a Transformational Leadership Portfolio, demonstrating their readiness to lead organizational growth, foster inclusive cultures, drive sustainable change, and create a lasting leadership legacy.
