Program Title: Transformational & Inclusive Leadership

Program Objectives

By the end of this program, participants will:

· Practice inclusive leadership that promotes equity, representation, and belonging.

· Lead with vision and purpose, focusing on long-term legacy building.

· Strengthen resilience to thrive under pressure and uncertainty.

· Integrate onboarding and induction as leadership tools for organizational growth.

· Measure leadership impact and sustainability.

· Develop a capstone portfolio that demonstrates transformation and readiness to lead inclusively.

Program Format

· Delivery: Online, self-paced transformational leadership program.

· Duration: Approx. 8–10 weeks.

· Materials: Integration of CELS/GOPD resources, Empowered Onboarding book, case studies.

· Assessment: Capstone project, leadership portfolio, module reflections.

· Certification: CELS PDI Certificate in Transformational & Inclusive Leadership.

Program Modules

Module 1: Inclusive Leadership: Equity, Representation & Belonging

· Purpose:Equip leaders to create equitable, diverse, and inclusive spaces.

· Topics:Representation in leadership, belonging frameworks, equity-driven leadership.

· Activity:Equity mapping for your organization.

Module 2: Leading with Purpose: Vision Casting & Legacy Building

· Purpose:Develop leaders who inspire through purpose-driven vision.

· Topics:Vision casting, long-term legacy, purpose statements.

· Activity:Draft a “Leadership Legacy Statement.”

Module 3: Resilient Leadership: Thriving Under Pressure

· Purpose:Build inner strength and resilience.

· Topics:Stress management, grit, resilience strategies.

· Activity:Stress response mapping.

Module 4: Empowered Onboarding & Induction as a Leadership Tool

· Purpose:Reframe onboarding as a leadership responsibility.

· Topics:Onboarding strategies, mentorship during induction, reference to Empowered Onboarding (Dr. Arlian).

· Activity:Design a mini “Onboarding for Leaders” framework.

Module 5: Measuring Impact: How Leaders Create Sustainable Change

· Purpose:Teach leaders to evaluate their effectiveness.

· Topics: Metrics of impact, sustainability models, organizational outcomes.

· Activity:Develop an “Impact Scorecard” for a current leadership initiative.

Module 6: Capstone – Leadership Portfolio & Action Plan

· Purpose:Showcase holistic leadership growth.

· Activity:Submit a leadership portfolio including reflections, case projects, legacy statement, and action plan.
