Module 4: Building Trust and Accountability
- Purpose: Explore trust-building as the foundation of leadership.
- Topics: Reliability, transparency, accountability systems.

Module 5: Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Purpose: Equip leaders with structured decision-making frameworks.

Module 6: Reflection & Action Plan
