Module 1: What is Leadership? Beyond Titles & Positions

  • Activity: Self-assessment: “How do I currently lead?”

Module 2: Emotional Agility & Self-Awareness (using PDI tools)

  • Purpose: Strengthen intrapersonal skills for leadership resilience.
  • Topics: Emotional intelligence, stress triggers, PDI self-mapping tools.
  • Activity: Guided reflection exercise.

Module 3: Communication that Inspires & Influences

  • Purpose: Cultivate communication as a leadership asset.
  • Topics: Storytelling, feedback, persuasive dialogue.
  • Activity: Write and record a 2-minute “vision statement” video.

Module 4: Building Trust and Accountability

  • Purpose: Explore trust-building as the foundation of leadership.
  • Topics: Reliability, transparency, accountability systems.
  • Activity: Trust mapping exercise.

Module 5: Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Purpose: Equip leaders with structured decision-making frameworks.
  • Topics: Analytical vs. creative problem solving, decision bias awareness.
  • Activity: Solve a workplace scenario using a decision matrix.

Module 6: Reflection & Action Plan

  • Purpose: Consolidate learnings into a forward-looking plan.
  • Activity: Draft a personal “Leadership Growth Action Plan.”
