By requesting the services of CELS, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Services and agree with these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Services, you may not continue to use the Website. Using the Website for current or future services will require subjection to the guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements outlined in the Terms of Services.

Electronic Information

Visiting the Website will require online communication. By using the website, you consent to receive communication and information electronically.

Privacy and Account Information

CELS require online payments and monetary transactions via debit or credit card. All information received via the website is kept private and confidential. Individuals under the age of 18 may conduct transaction if parental consent is given. CELS reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel services at its sole discretion.

Booking

CELS requires advance booking and confirmation seven (7) business days prior to the event. Confirmation involves payment of the required fees and signed contract, invoice or receipt. None payment of fees in advance will mean services are not required.

Fees

Fees include event fees, and travel and accommodation fees (if applicable).

Travel and Accommodation

CELS expert will travel up to one (1) hour from current location free of cost. Location refers to the place at which the expert is situated at the time of the event. Expert may also have to secure accommodation depending on the location and time of the event. Accommodation also depends on the number of events the expert will attend. Accommodation refers to room and board.

Reschedule and Cancelation

CELS requires that reschedule or cancelation is done in advance, seven (7) business days prior to the event. This is only applicable if payments were made. Reschedule will require an additional 20% of the total cost for the event. It will be at the discretion of CELS to agree on a date and time that will be convenient. If payments were made prior to cancellation, then a full refund will be awarded if cancellation was done before seven (7) business days prior to the event. Any cancellation done within the seven (7) business day timeframe will attract a 20% fee on the total cost of the service. This 20% will cover any preliminary services rendered.

CELS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services at any time. This is only applicable if payments were made. It is at the discretion of CELS to agree on a convenient date and time for the reschedule. If payments were made prior to cancellation, then CELS will award a full refund no later than fourteen (14) business days after cancellation.

Unforeseen/ Uncontrolled Events

In the case of unforeseen or uncontrolled events (natural disasters such as, storms, hurricanes earthquakes, lockdowns etc), CELS reserve the rights to award and/or petition for a reschedule at a convenient date and time. Cancellation due to unforeseen or uncontrolled event will not attract any fees. If payments were made prior to cancellation due to unforeseen or uncontrolled event, then a full refund will be awarded no later than fourteen (14) business days after cancellation.

CELS respects the rights and property of others and expect that the same is reciprocated. If it is believed that CELS is in breach of any form of copyright infringement, please contact us to rectify such infringement.

Amendment

CELS reserves the right to remove, add, change, or modify, sections of these Terms of Services at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the users of the website to review these Terms of Services for any changes. Using the Website after any change to these Terms of Services will constitute your agreement to and acceptance of the revised Terms of Services.

CELS has the right to discontinue or change the contents, operation, or features of the Website at any time for any reason, without notice.
